A juvenile driver suffered serious injuries in a two-vehicle crash at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland on Sept. 12, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol's online crash report states the collision happened at 11:35 a.m. between a 2001 Yamaha dirt bike traveling westbound and a 2002 Ford Excursion traveling eastbound. The juvenile operating the dirt bike was seriously injured and transported for medical treatment, the report says.
The crash occurred within the jurisdiction of Troop D, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
