A 46-year-old man from Perry suffered serious injuries Sunday night after he was run over by a boat trailer at the Robert Allen Boat Ramp in Monroe County, according to KMIZ.
The incident happened just before 8:30 p.m., KMIZ reported. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, a 50-year-old Perry man was operating a 2019 Ford F350 in a roundabout at the boat ramp at the time.
The 46-year-old man was struck by the trailer being towed by the pickup, the Highway Patrol report indicated. He sustained serious injuries as a result, KMIZ reported.
One vehicle was involved in the incident, and no fatalities were reported. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
