A two-vehicle crash north of Paris left one driver with minor injuries on the morning of Oct. 9, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at approximately 10:08 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 24 and Highway 15, about one mile north of Paris, patrol records show. A 2020 GMC Savana traveling westbound and a 2010 Mack CXU traveling eastbound were involved, the Patrol reported.

A 44-year-old man from Griggsville, Illinois, sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, according to the Patrol's online crash report. No fatalities were reported, and no other injuries were noted in the preliminary findings.

The crash falls under the jurisdiction of Troop B, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
