Four Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash at Pilot Knob Intersection

A crash involving two vehicles traveling in the same direction left four people with minor injuries at the intersection of MO-21 and MO-221 in Pilot Knob, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The patrol reported that the collision occurred on July 25, 2026, at approximately 6:15 p.m. and involved a 1996 Dodge Ram truck and a 2007 Chevrolet Aveo, both of which were headed southbound on MO-21 at the time.

According to the crash report, three juvenile occupants sustained minor injuries in the wreck. A 20-year-old male driver from Park Hills, Missouri, who was also involved in the crash, was reported to have suffered minor injuries as well.
