Four people suffered minor injuries early Saturday when two vehicles collided on Interstate 70 eastbound near Jennings Station Road in St. Louis County, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at approximately 1:55 a.m., per the Patrol's online crash report. A 2018 Mazda 3 and a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox, both traveling eastbound, were involved in the collision, investigators said.
Four occupants sustained minor injuries and were transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. Those hurt included a 22-year-old female driver, a 24-year-old female occupant, a 53-year-old female driver, and a juvenile occupant. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
