A two-vehicle crash north of Poplar Bluff left four people injured, including three juveniles with serious injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.

The collision happened the morning of October 9, 2026, on US-67 Northbound about two miles north of Poplar Bluff in Butler County, the Highway Patrol said. A 2020 Chrysler Pacifica was traveling eastbound when it was involved in a crash with a 2018 Ford Focus heading northbound, per the crash report.

Three juvenile occupants suffered serious injuries and were transported for medical treatment, the Highway Patrol reported. A 62-year-old female driver from Poplar Bluff sustained minor injuries and was also taken for treatment, according to the same report.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop E is investigating the crash, identified in state records as incident number 260429071.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
