A 45-year-old Broseley man was seriously hurt in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash south of Wappapello, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened the morning of Oct. 5, 2026, at approximately 6:35 a.m. on MO Route T, about five miles south of Wappapello in Butler County, the patrol's online crash report states.

The driver was riding a 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound on MO T when the crash occurred, according to the Highway Patrol. He sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the report says.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash, per the patrol's preliminary report.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop E is investigating the incident, which has been logged under case number 260423165.
