A 54-year-old man died following a single-vehicle crash involving a Gator utility vehicle near Whitewater, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The crash happened the afternoon of October 25, 2026, at approximately 3:50 p.m. on County Road 934, about three miles west of Whitewater in Cape Girardeau County, the Patrol reported.
According to the Patrol, the Gator UTV was traveling northbound at the time of the crash. The driver, a 54-year-old man, was transported for medical treatment but sustained fatal injuries, the report states.
