A single-vehicle crash west of Bolivar left the driver with serious injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The patrol said the wreck happened on County Road 425, about two miles west of Bolivar in Polk County, at 9:50 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2026.
According to the crash report, a 2017 Ford Taurus was traveling west on County Road 425 when the vehicle was involved in the crash. The driver, whose identity has not been released, suffered serious injuries, the patrol reported.
No other vehicles were listed as involved in the incident. The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop D responded to the scene and is handling the investigation, which carries incident number 260451919.
