A juvenile bicyclist suffered minor injuries on Oct. 7 after a crash involving a car at the intersection of Carolyn Drive and Kay Street in Pleasant Hope, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The patrol said the collision occurred at about 4 p.m. and involved a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox traveling west at the time of impact. The bicyclist was transported for medical treatment following the crash, the report states.

Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to and investigated the incident, which occurred in Polk County. No fatalities were reported, and the crash was classified as an injury accident involving one vehicle.
