A two-vehicle crash west of Mansfield left one person with moderate injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's preliminary crash report.

The collision occurred at approximately 5:50 a.m. on August 11, 2026, about three miles west of Mansfield in Wright County, the Highway Patrol reported. Troop G responded to the scene.

According to the Patrol's report, a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze and a 2010 Volvo Sport Utility Vehicle were both traveling westbound when the crash occurred. An 18-year-old female driver from Ava sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the report states.
