Woman hospitalized after a car slammed into a parked vehicle in National City (National City, CA)

A woman was hospitalized after a car slammed into a parked vehicle early Monday morning in National City.

As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place on East 6th Street just after midnight. The early reports showed that the woman lost control of her Mazda sedan while she was going downhill on East 6th Street in National City.

The reports also revealed that the car ended up wedged on top of a car parked in a driveway. On arrival, rescuers pulled the woman out of the car and transported her to the hospital. Her condition remains unknown at this time. Police believe that alcohol was possibly involved in the crash. No other details are available.

The incident remains under review.
