The Albuquerque Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Sunday evening.
The accident happened south of Montgomery Boulevard on Louisiana Boulevard. According to the officials, the collision involved a pedestrian.
According to APD, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The name and identity of the victim have not been made public.
It is unsure what caused the crash and how it happened. Whether drugs or alcohol were involved is yet to be found. The fatal collision is being investigated by the authorities.
