A West Plains man was injured in a single-vehicle crash Friday morning on MO E, about five miles south of South Fork in Howell County, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. on August 21, 2026, the Patrol said. A 2003 Kenworth W900 was traveling northbound on MO E when the incident took place, according to the Patrol's online crash report.
The driver, a 63-year-old man from West Plains, sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. No other vehicles were involved.
The crash falls under the jurisdiction of Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, which is handling the investigation.
