A 54-year-old Wentzville woman suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Missouri 364 in St. Charles County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at approximately 2:25 p.m. on August 31, 2026, on westbound Missouri 364 west of Mid Rivers Mall Drive, the Patrol's online crash report states.
