A Washburn man suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash on HWY 37 just north of Butterfield, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at 3:32 p.m. on July 30, 2026, about a half-mile north of Butterfield in Barry County, the Patrol reported. A 2005 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling southbound at the time of the crash, according to the Patrol's online crash report.

The 38-year-old driver was transported for medical treatment after sustaining minor injuries, the Patrol said. No other vehicles were reported involved in the crash.

Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
