The Texas Department of Public Safety reported a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Friday. The authorities have confirmed that one person died. The deceased victim has been identified as Vincent Jaroszewski.
Around 10:18 p.m. the crash happened when Vincent was driving north in the southbound lane of the 13300 block of FM1641. He struck the tractor-trailer head-on, according to the investigation.
The force of the impact caused the victim to be fatally injured. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The officials have not disclosed any details regarding the other vehicle involved in the accident.
The authorities are still investigating the cause of the fatal crash. It remains uncertain whether alcohol or drugs were contributing factors in the collision.
