A 20-year-old man from Vichy suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway P near Forrest Service Road 1516 in Phelps County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

The crash happened just after midnight on a Wednesday, the patrol said. A 2004 Nissan Frontier was traveling west on Highway P when it left the roadway, according to the crash report.

The driver sustained serious injuries in the crash, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported. No other vehicles were involved, and one occupant was affected, per the report.
