A 20-year-old man from Vichy suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Highway P near Forrest Service Road 1516 in Phelps County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.
The crash happened just after midnight on a Wednesday, the patrol said. A 2004 Nissan Frontier was traveling west on Highway P when it left the roadway, according to the crash report.
