Vehicle crashes into a post office in Grosse Pointe Farms (Grosse Pointe Farms, MI)

Authorities reported that a vehicle slammed into a building in Grosse Pointe Farms.

As per the initial information, the single-vehicle crash took place at Mack Avenue and East Warren Avenue. The early reports showed that a vehicle crashed into the United States Post Office for reasons that are yet to be known. At this time, it is unknown if anyone suffered injuries as a result of the accident.

According to the officials, the post office was open at the time of the collision. Eastbound Mack Avenue was shut down as crews worked at the scene. No additional information has been provided.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
