A 42-year-old Valles Mines man suffered minor injuries Thursday evening after the vehicle he was driving crashed on US-160 near Roark Ridge Road, about two miles east of Reeds Spring, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.

The patrol said the crash happened around 7:05 p.m. on October 1 and involved a single vehicle, a 2007 Ford Focus that was traveling east at the time. No other vehicles were reported involved.

The driver was transported for medical treatment following the crash, the patrol reported. No fatalities were reported, and the incident has been logged by the agency under crash report number 260418470.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D is investigating the crash. Further details about what led up to the collision have not been released.
