Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route M at St. Louis Rock Road in Franklin County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened the morning of Aug. 3, 2026, at 7:19 a.m., per the patrol's online crash report. A 2015 Honda Civic traveling northbound and a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox traveling eastbound were involved, the report states.
A 32-year-old woman from Villa Ridge, who was driving one of the vehicles, sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Highway Patrol reported. A 74-year-old woman from Union, driving the other vehicle, suffered minor injuries and was also taken for treatment, according to the patrol.
Troop C responded to the scene as part of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's investigation into the crash, identified in patrol records as incident 260326504.
