A two-vehicle crash on Highway 63 south of Freeburg left one person with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened the afternoon of Oct. 27, 2026, about two miles south of Freeburg in Maries County, the Patrol's online crash report states. A 2022 Ford E-350 traveling eastbound was involved in a collision with a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox traveling southbound, per the report.
A 55-year-old woman from Dixon was reported to have sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said. No other injuries were reported among those involved.
The crash, logged under incident number 260455624, falls under the jurisdiction of Troop I of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, which is handling the investigation.
