A crash involving a tractor trailer and a pickup truck on US 59 south of Fairfax left one man with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol reported that the crash occurred on July 28, 2026, at approximately 9:25 a.m. about four miles south of Fairfax in Atchison County. The incident falls under the jurisdiction of Troop H.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report, a 2020 Freightliner tractor trailer and a 2023 RAM 2500 pickup were both traveling southbound on US 59 at the time of the crash.
The driver of the RAM 2500, a 55-year-old man from Savannah, Missouri, sustained minor injuries in the collision, the patrol said. He was transported for medical treatment following the crash.
