A two-vehicle crash on MO-47 at North Ethlyn in Lincoln County left one driver seriously injured on the morning of Oct. 10, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash, logged as incident 260431247 and handled under Troop C jurisdiction, occurred around 11:15 a.m., the patrol said. Authorities reported that a 2002 Volkswagen Passat was traveling southbound when it collided with a 2023 GMC Sierra heading westbound.

The Passat's driver, a 35-year-old woman from Moscow Mills, sustained serious injuries in the crash, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said. She was transported to a medical facility for treatment, according to the report.

The condition of the GMC Sierra's driver was not included in the preliminary report. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
