A crash between two vehicles on MO-46 near Z Ave left one driver with moderate injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The collision happened on July 19, 2026, at about 1:40 p.m., roughly six miles west of Burlington Junction in Atchison County, Patrol records show.
According to the Patrol's preliminary crash report, a 2014 Dodge Ram was traveling eastbound on MO-46 when it collided with a westbound Ford Edge of unknown model year.
The Patrol identified the injured driver as a 47-year-old woman from Maryville. She sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, authorities said.
