A crash on westbound Interstate 255 at Telegraph Road in St. Louis left one driver with moderate injuries on July 19, 2026, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The patrol said the collision occurred at 5:00 p.m. and involved a 2018 BMW 540I and a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic, both traveling westbound on I-255 at the time.
