A crash involving two westbound vehicles on Highway 74, about three miles west of Cape Girardeau, left one driver with minor injuries the morning of Sept. 25, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The patrol reported that a 2016 Nissan Altima and a 2015 Dodge Charger, both traveling westbound, were involved in the collision at approximately 7:50 a.m. A 69-year-old woman from Chaffee, Missouri, sustained minor injuries in the crash, the report states.
