Two people died in a three-vehicle crash on I-64 westbound east of North Ballas Road in St. Louis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash was reported at approximately 9:32 p.m. on November 4, 2026, and is being investigated by Troop C.
According to the Patrol's preliminary crash report, the collision involved a westbound 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, an eastbound 2020 Nissan Altima, and a westbound 2013 Hyundai Genesis.
The Patrol reported that a 25-year-old woman from Marshall, Missouri, sustained fatal injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment. A 30-year-old man from St. Louis also sustained fatal injuries, authorities said.
