Two juveniles were hurt when a side-by-side vehicle they were riding in crashed on Reed Road south of Licking, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol's preliminary online crash report states the incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on September 23, 2026, about three miles south of Licking in Texas County. The report says a 2024 Polaris Ranger 1000 was traveling southbound on Reed Road at the time of the crash.
According to the Highway Patrol, the juvenile driver of the Polaris suffered moderate injuries and was taken for medical treatment. A juvenile occupant riding along sustained minor injuries and was also transported for care, the patrol reported.
The crash fell under the jurisdiction of Troop G, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation, records show. No other vehicles were reported involved in the single-vehicle incident.
