A two-vehicle crash on Missouri 21 south of Patch Road left two people with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred the morning of July 16, 2026, on Missouri 21 southbound, north of Patch Road in Washington County, the Patrol's online crash report states.
According to the Patrol, a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer and a 2006 GMC Sierra, both traveling southbound, were involved in the collision. A juvenile occupant sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the report says. A 56-year-old woman from Richwoods, who was driving one of the vehicles, also sustained minor injuries and was taken for treatment, according to the Patrol.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop C is handling the investigation. The crash is documented under incident report number 260298360.
