Two people were seriously injured in a crash involving two northbound vehicles on Route J at Swan Drive in Morgan County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The crash occurred on September 5, 2026, at approximately 4:10 p.m., the Patrol reported. Troop F responded to the scene, according to the agency's report.

A 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2013 Toyota Scion, both traveling northbound, were involved in the collision, the Patrol said. A 43-year-old male driver from Osage Beach sustained serious injuries in the crash, according to the report. A 41-year-old female occupant from Lake Ozark also sustained serious injuries, the Patrol said. Both were transported for medical treatment following the crash, according to the report.
