Two drivers were injured in a three-vehicle crash on US-50 at Arator Road in Pettis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The crash was reported at 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2026.

The patrol said three vehicles, all traveling westbound, were involved: a 2023 Honda Ridgeline, a 2008 Toyota Corolla and a 2016 Ram 1500.

A 69-year-old man from Smithton sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported. An 89-year-old man from Otterville suffered minor injuries and was also taken for treatment.

Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and is handling the investigation into the crash, which is identified in patrol records as incident 260342137.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash. Further details about the sequence of events have not been released.
