A two-vehicle crash on Route N at Wilmer Road in St. Charles County left two people with minor injuries on August 1, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The patrol reported that a westbound 2018 Chevrolet Cruze and an eastbound 2023 Buick Encore were involved in the collision, which occurred at approximately 1:19 p.m. Troop C responded to the scene.

A 34-year-old female driver from Wentzville sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol said. A juvenile occupant also suffered minor injuries and was taken for treatment. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

At the time of the collision, weather data show light drizzle was falling in the area, with temperatures around 74 degrees and winds near 9 mph.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to handle the investigation into the crash. Further details, including the circumstances leading up to the collision, have not yet been released.
