Two people were hurt after a single-vehicle crash on the ramp from northbound Interstate 435 to northbound Interstate 35 in Kansas City, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred on September 29, 2026, at approximately 12:55 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report shows. A 2016 Hyundai Elantra was traveling northbound on the connecting ramp when the crash took place, per the report.

A 65-year-old woman from Kansas City was identified as the driver, and a 40-year-old man, also from Kansas City, was a passenger in the vehicle, according to the patrol's report. Both occupants sustained minor injuries and were transported for medical treatment, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
