Two Mountain Grove men were injured Monday afternoon when the pickup truck they were riding in crashed on MO 95 about three miles north of town, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol's online crash report states the wreck happened around 12:15 p.m. and involved a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado traveling northbound. A 19-year-old man from Mountain Grove, identified as the driver, suffered serious injuries in the crash. A 32-year-old male occupant, also of Mountain Grove, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment.

According to the patrol, the crash is listed under incident number 260392555 and falls under the jurisdiction of Troop G. Officials described the report as preliminary, meaning additional details could be added as the investigation continues.
