Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Highway H about seven miles north of Winona, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred on Sept. 12, 2026, at approximately 11:10 a.m., the Patrol said. It involved a 2026 Can-Am Maverick RS traveling northbound and a 2019 Ford Escape traveling southbound on Highway H, according to the report.

A 21-year-old male driver from Centerville sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said. A 25-year-old female occupant, also from Centerville, sustained moderate injuries and was likewise transported for treatment, according to the report.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop G is investigating the crash, which was assigned report number 260389785.
