Two men were injured in a crash at the Ayerco parking lot on 620 N Pearl St in Milan on the afternoon of Aug. 24, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The collision was reported at 4:31 p.m.
According to the preliminary report, a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling north through the lot when it struck a parked 2023 Honda ADV150 motorcycle.
The Highway Patrol reported that a 59-year-old man from Milan sustained serious injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment. A 61-year-old man from Roach sustained minor injuries and was also taken for treatment. Investigators did not specify which vehicle each man had been operating.
Troop B of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to and investigated the crash, which was logged under incident number 260359229.
No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash, which involved two vehicles total.
