Two people were injured Friday morning when a car and a truck collided on Interstate 270 Northbound south of Interstate 44 in St. Louis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The patrol said the crash happened at 10:25 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2026, and involved a 2012 Nissan Maxima and a 2024 International HV507, both traveling northbound at the time.
A 42-year-old woman from Jonesboro, Arkansas, who was driving one of the vehicles, sustained minor injuries and was taken for medical treatment, the patrol reported. A 60-year-old man from Edwardsville, Illinois, driving the other vehicle, suffered serious injuries and was also transported for treatment.
