Two men were injured when a southbound pickup and a northbound pickup collided on MO-B north of Cedar Hill Road in Jefferson County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash, reported by the Patrol's online crash system, occurred at 12:14 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2026, and involved a 2003 Dodge 1500 heading south and a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado heading north.
A 22-year-old man from Arnold sustained serious injuries and was taken for medical treatment, the Patrol said. A 44-year-old man from St. Louis suffered moderate injuries and was also transported for care.
The collision, identified in Patrol records as incident 260348388, falls under the jurisdiction of Troop C. Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers investigated the scene.
No fatalities were reported in the crash, which involved two vehicles and left both drivers requiring transport to medical facilities.
