Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route J about 10 miles east of Fredericktown in Madison County, according to a preliminary Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The patrol said the collision happened on July 22, 2026, at 8:26 a.m. and involved a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas traveling east and a 2022 GMC Sierra traveling west.
