Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Route 66 in Duenweg on Sept. 26, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report. The collision occurred shortly after 1:10 p.m. and involved a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2008 Dodge 1500, both traveling eastbound at the time, the patrol said.
A juvenile occupant sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, according to the crash report. A 28-year-old woman from Duenweg was also treated for minor injuries and taken to a hospital, the patrol said.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time of the crash, according to weather data.
Troop D of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene and is investigating the crash. No fatalities were reported.
