Two men were injured in a two-vehicle crash on US-169 at Northeast 112th Street in Clay County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred the evening of Aug. 30, 2026, at approximately 8:50 p.m., per a preliminary online crash report from the Patrol. Troop A responded to the scene.

The Patrol's report indicates a 2016 Chrysler 300 and a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu were both traveling southbound on US-169 when the collision took place.

A 23-year-old man from Kansas City sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. A 48-year-old man from Pleasant Valley sustained minor injuries and was also transported for treatment.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is listed as the investigating agency for the incident, catalogued under crash report number 260368925.
