Two people were injured in a crash on westbound Interstate 64 at the Daniel Boone Bridge in the St. Louis area, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at 11:27 a.m. on July 7, 2026, and involved two vehicles traveling westbound: a 2017 Jeep Patriot and a 2026 Jeep Wrangler, the Patrol's crash report states.

The driver of the Jeep Patriot, a 25-year-old woman from Chesterfield, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. The driver of the Jeep Wrangler, a 29-year-old man from Saint Louis, also suffered minor injuries and was taken for treatment, according to the same report.
