A two-vehicle crash on northbound I-35 south of MO-210 in Clay County left two people with minor injuries early Monday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The collision, investigated under Troop A jurisdiction, happened around 6:22 a.m. on October 5, 2026, the agency reported. It involved a 2022 white Chevrolet Silverado and a 2021 gray Kia K5, both traveling north on the interstate at the time, according to the Patrol's report.

A 27-year-old man from Kansas City, described in the crash report as a pedestrian, and a 40-year-old man from Kansas City, identified as a driver, both sustained minor injuries in the crash, the Patrol said. Both were transported to receive medical treatment, according to the report.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
