Two men were treated for minor injuries following a two-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 70 east of Zumbehl Road in St. Charles County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The crash, logged as incident 260342315, occurred at 1:08 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2026, and was investigated by Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol's report states a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2025 Chevrolet Express were both traveling westbound at the time of the collision. The driver of the Equinox, a 37-year-old man from St. Genevieve, Missouri, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment. The driver of the Express, a 54-year-old man from Fairview Heights, Illinois, also suffered minor injuries and was taken for medical care, the patrol said.
No fatalities were reported in the crash, which involved two vehicles and resulted in two total injuries.
