Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 270 north of Dougherty Ferry Road in St. Louis County, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at 10 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2026, and involved a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2022 Honda Accord, both traveling southbound at the time, the Patrol's report states.
The Jeep's driver, a 29-year-old woman from Ballwin, sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, according to the Patrol. The Accord's driver, a 31-year-old man from Saint Charles, also suffered minor injuries and was taken for medical care, the report says.
Moderate rain was falling in the area at the time of the crash, according to weather data.
Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene. No fatalities were reported, and the crash remains under investigation.
