Two drivers were injured after a two-vehicle crash on MO 13 at NW MO 13 in Johnson County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 10:37 a.m. on July 28, 2026, per a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report. A 2015 Ford Escape was traveling northbound while a 2021 Subaru Legacy was traveling southbound when the two vehicles collided, the report states.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
The driver of the Ford Escape, a 64-year-old man from Concordia, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Highway Patrol reported. The driver of the Subaru Legacy, a 75-year-old woman from Warrensburg, Missouri, sustained serious injuries and was also transported for treatment, according to the same report.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop A responded to and investigated the crash, which was logged under incident number 260317923. No fatalities were reported in connection with the collision.
