Two men were hurt after a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 50 west of Route N in Osage County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol's online crash report states the collision occurred on October 3, 2026, at approximately 11:55 a.m., about half a mile west of Route N. Troop F responded to the scene.

According to the report, a 2014 Ford Fusion was traveling eastbound while a 2022 Buick Enclave was headed westbound when the two vehicles collided.

The driver of the Ford Fusion, an 18-year-old man from Kahoka, Missouri, suffered minor injuries, as did the driver of the Buick Enclave, a 32-year-old man from Linn, Missouri. Both men were transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported.

No other injuries or fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
