Traffic was impacted following a crash Thursday on a major freeway in the Normal Heights area.
As per the initial information, the traffic collision took place at about 4:45 p.m. on northbound Interstate 805, just south of Interstate 8 close to El Cajon Boulevard. The incident left a car on the hood of another vehicle on the shoulder of the freeway. It is unknown if anyone was injured as a result of the accident.
The right three lanes were blocked due to the crash. The events that have led up to the accident remain unknown at this time. No further details are available.
An investigation is underway.
