On Friday night, traffic was congested on Chandler Hwy outside west loop 323 following a crash in Tyler.
As per the initial information, the motor vehicle accident took place in the 5000 block of Chandler Hwy, or Hwy 31. It is outside the west loop. The early reports revealed that one westbound lane was closed as crews worked at the crash site while traffic was moving around it slowly.
